Exercise to Music classes offer a variety of dance and fitness movements to provide a well-rounded workout.
Our fitness program incorporates uplifting music and emphasizes the importance of flexibility, muscle strengthening, posture, core strength, balance and increased energy levels. There is a floor section that can be done while sitting on a chair. Additionally, it provides an opportunity to form new friendships in a welcoming environment.
