Class Flyer, can you help

Would it be possible for you to take some class flyers and display them in your local area, as well as distribute them to your friends? This will help us to encourage new members to join our classes.

New Class coming soon

I am pleased to announce that I will be opening a Stretch & Tone Class in St Anthony Church Hall, Pinehurst Road, West Moors BH22 0AY from 9:00am to 9:30am. This 30-minute class will include a warm-up and cooldown, as well as a variety of floor and standing exercises. Equipment such as weights and resistance bands will be available for use.

This class will be opening soon and the cost is £3.50 per class. If you need more information, please feel free to ask.
