A is for active, let's start our day,

B is for breathing, so fill up those lungs!

C is for cardio, get that heart pumping,

D is for dance, moving to the song,

E is for endurance! keep going strong and never give up!

F is for flexibility, stretch to regain,

G is for glutes, let's make them strong,

H is for health, let's aim to please,

 

I is for intervals, switch up the pace,

J is for jumping jacks, a classic we embrace,

K is for kicking, a powerful release,

L is for lunges, sculpting thighs with ease,

 

M is for meditation, finding inner peace,

N is for nutrition, where health belongs,

O is for oxygen, breathe deep and clear,

P is for posture, stand tall and proud, 

 

Q is for quads, build them strong and lean,

R is for resistance, make every rep last,

S is for stretching and balance keep us standing tall,

T is for training, reach new highs,

 

U is for upper body strength, biceps and more,

V is for variety, don't stay the same,

W is for water breaks to hydrate,

X is for exercise - mix it up, dance and glide,

 

Y is for yoga, find peace within,

Z is for zest in each workout we begin,

From A to Z, exercise brings us joy,

So, let's keep moving and stay fit with every ploy!
